Paulsn Gardens is a gated plotted development of 196 premium villa plots on 9.42 acres, near Oragadam in Chennai’s western growth corridor. It is developed by Urbando in association with Indolando Realty.

The layout is planned as a whole neighbourhood: 12-metre main roads and 10, 9 and 7.2-metre internal roads in paver blocks with kerbs, tree-lined streets, three parks and a 2.6 km walking loop.

Plots range from 662 to 2,370 sq ft, for both investors and families building a home. The automobile and supplier plants of the Oragadam cluster are within about 5 to 8 km.
